As a person who is gluten intolerant, it was a long and painstaking process to eliminate all gluten from my diet. Wow! I'm not typically a pumpkin pie fan but bought one for Thanksgiving and yours made me a believer! Pecan pies on the other hand are my passion, and your Bourbon Pecan Pie was everything I'd hoped for.
